- This involved the handling of 50,000 cubic yards of earthwork, which included both cutting and filling to ensure a stable foundation for the facility.
- As part of the structural components, shaped shotcrete walls were constructed, providing both durability and aesthetic appeal.
- The project also encompassed essential underground utilities, including installing a storm drainage system to manage excess water, a water line for supply, and a sanitary sewer system for waste management.
- A substantial 13,750 square foot Geosynthetic Reinforced Soil (GRS) retaining wall was built to enhance site stability.
- To prepare the surrounding infrastructure, Gould Construction supplied high-quality road base materials and carried out grading for all access roads and parking lots, ensuring they met the necessary specifications for usage.
