-Work included demolition of the old existing tennis courts, relocation of two storage structures, significant regrading of the site along with a new storm drainage system.
-7 New pickleball courts and 1 new tennis court were constructed using post tensioned concrete.
-A new shade sail, revised paths and extensive landscaping provided the finishing touches to the facility.
