-Gould’s scope of work included the building structural excavation/backfill (poor soil, soft spots, stabilization required, and hot spring ground water dewatering).
-Installed new services and utility upgrades (water, sewer, gas, electric, comm).
-Completed site earth work (6000 CY onsite, 10,000 CY in the Colorado river).
-Performed earthwork for 12 pools
-Installed 7,000 lf HDPE pipe to all pools.
-Constructed 500 ft of boulder retaining walls and all miscellaneous site work including trench drains, flatwork prep, sidewalk heating, and additional work.
