- Gould teamed up with Shaw Construction to complete 10 ea luxury townhomes with underground parking.
- Scope of work included all of the civil related work: all erosion control management, 20K CY of site excavation and structural excavation (including screening and processing), 20K CY structural and site backfill, 2,000 lf of site drainage, 100 lf 12” water main, 900 lf sanitary sewer main and laterals, 60” storm sewer, boulder walls, and all of the gas, electric and communication conduit install throughout the site.
