-Constructed improvements to 3 blocks of Hallam Street and the Castle Creek Bridge.
-Widened pedestrian access on the bridge and the north side of Hallam Street, added two new bus shelters, and improved pedestrian safety along Hallam to 7th Street.
-Many utilities constructed and improved in the three-block construction area, including water, sewer, and storm sewer.
-New bridge railing was installed on Castle Creek Bridge.
-Included approximately 1900 SY of additional concrete pavement on the “S” curve on 7th and Main.
