-Gould Construction was the general contractor for the largest renovation and expansion project in over 50 years at the Hot Springs Resort.
-Performed Extensive modification to the Hot Pool that was originally constructed in the 1960’s.
-Existing mechanical building was partially demolished and then expanded and re-built to house the new pumps and filtration equipment for the hot pool.
-All new supply, return and drain lines were installed along with replacement of the 30” natural source hot spring water feed line.
-The pool itself received upgrades with an improved ADA access ramp, new water jet chairs, massaging showers and new lighter colored coatings.
-Extensive upgrades were made to the electrical system at this time.
