-Demolition of the existing site and maintenance building.
-Reconstruction of the historic drinking spring was also undertaken and when workers uncovered 100+ year old stone pavers, the project was redesigned to incorporate the historic features in the new work.
-Modifications to the entire facility’s spring water system were made to make way for construction of five all new pools.
-Sculpted Faux Rock Walls along with heavily reinforced concrete walls were built into the hillside.
-Site finishes included imported red sandstone, imported ceramic tile, and extensive irrigated landscaping.
-Custom stainless steel handrails were fabricated and installed on site.
-Thousands of feet of fused HDPE pipe were installed to facilitate the mechanical needs of all 5 pools.
