- Updated several city blocks of existing infrastructure for the Cedar Crest Subdivision.
-Included clearing and grubbing of existing trees and vegetation.
- Abandoned existing utilities i.e. water, sewer, and fire hydrants and installed new main lines and services.
-Along with updating the utilities, the existing asphalt street pavement was removed in its entirety, subgraded over-excavation/ stabilization, new road base/asphalt cross section installed along with a new design build 2200 sf concrete snow melt system.
- Installed new curb & gutter, sidewalks, storm sewer, shotcrete and gravity retaining walls.
- Completed detailed landscaping.
