- Design Build Project that Gould entered into during the design phase.
- An existing 72” corrugated metal pipe under Brush Creek Road had deteriorated so much that the road was in jeopardy of failing. The owner (TOSV) wanted an open bottom for the creek and a trail.
- Performed the construction for a 3-sided precast concrete box culvert.
- Replaced aging deep utilities; existing water and sewer lines.
- Poured concrete cast in place footings for the structure.
- The Precast was delivered and set; 17 pieces of 3-sided concrete were swung in and placed.
- Temporary road built around the construction site to ease the traffic.
- Stream work, trail asphalt, and fine grading of the site followed the erection of the structure, and asphalt was laid on Brush Creek Road.
