-Gould Construction was the Civil Contractor for the full site development of this 17 Acre expansion to the Roaring Fork Club Golf & Fishing community.
- Included demolition of 7 multi-family residential buildings, extensive site grading, material crushing and screening.
-Built multiple site retaining walls and 5 bridges.
-Installed 9000+ feet of underground utilities.
-Performed 18 new building foundation excavation / backfill, and lined pond reconstruction.
-Constructed large below grade sanitary sewer lift station with force main.
-Constructed over 1800 tons of asphalt roads and parking lots.
