- Work included replacing the existing sewer line, installing new drainage, shallow utilities, and irrigation.
- New hardscape included colored concrete, sand set pavers, and mortar set pavers.
- Minor landscaping and plantings were also part of the beautification.
- 7th Street Beautification project was built in order to provide a festival street for the City of Glenwood Springs.
