- Design Build Project, Gould was the General Contractor.
- Constructed and modified a new bridge structure over the Roaring Fork River that connects the Midland and Rio Grande Trails.
- Relocated part of the Grand Ave. Bridge.
- Constructed a new three span bridge which resembled the look of the existing bridge.
- Constructed 1786 lf of asphalt trail for pedestrian and bike use on grade.
- Performed revegetation along the path on either side of the bridge.
