As a result of our efforts, we are proud and honored to have received numerous awards and top accolades in the industry. Gould Construction has been named the Contractor of the Year in 2018 by the Colorado Contractors Association. Also from the CCA as well as the Colorado Department of Transportation, we have received the Project Management Award for our work on the Glenwood Canyon Bike Path Repair Project. Gould Construction has been the recipient of the Build America Award in the Design Build Category from the Associated General Contractors of America for the Grizzly Creek Diversion Structure and Pipeline Project. We received the award for Special Recognition for Engineering Achievement from the Rocky Mountain Chapter American Concrete Institute for this project as well. The Grizzly Creek Diversion and Pipeline Project was uniquely located in a remote and environmentally sensitive area of the White River National Forest. We accomplished this project with helicopter heavy lift aerial support and our crews camped onsite throughout the project due to the precarious nature of the location.

 

Gould has been awarded the President’s Preservation Award from History Colorado. We have received an Award of Meril Civil Infrastructure from Engineering News Record for the Zeigler Reservoir Enlargement project. Gould has been granted 4 APWA Awards from the American Public Works Association for the Roaring Fork River Trail- Atkinson Canal Segment Project, New Castle Pedestrian Bridge Project, Snowmass Village Roundabout Project, and Paepcke Transit Hub Project. We have accepted the Top Brass Business of the Year twice by the Glenwood Springs Chamber Resort Association both in 1999 and in 2021. Gould Construction has also received top tier safety records year after year which includes 12 Risk Control Awards of Excellence since 2009, 8 Zero Incident Rate Awards, the Highest Risk Control Score Award from the National Contractors Insurance LTD, and one Certificate of Commendation for Safety Excellence. We’ve also been awarded for the Best Overall Safety Performance from the Colorado Contractors Association.
