Project Highlights

- Constructed a 118’ single span steel bridge that was supported by 128 cubic yards of concrete abutments at either end.
- Constructed 3,150 linear feet of 10’ wide concrete pedestrian path with landscaping and irrigation.
- Built against steep terrain in several locations creating the need to retain the earth.
- At the north abutment, temporary sheet piles were driven to safely perform the structural excavation.
- 1,700 square feet of boulder wall up to 10’ tall was constructed to retain the earth. A small switch back was also built in order to maintain ADA compliant slopes for the path.
- A total of 4,865 square feet of MSE retaining wall was erected.
- Constructed several storm outfalls, a detention pond, and 170 linear feet of 12” diameter water line.
