- A modular vehicular bridge structure was used to replace the bridge in halves in order to maintain traffic access for local residential traffic.
-Prior to starting work on the bridge all of the 3rd party utilities had to be temporarily re-routed off the bridge including, Black Hills gas, Comcast and Century Link.
-Removal of the old bridge and construction of the new bridge (in halves) was completed in 2.5 months on time and on budget.
-320 tons of total paving extending beyond the bridge on both sides.
